hi all,

I’m already looking a solution to this problem since a few days and i’m quite desperated. I can’t anymore create a text in photoshop, because each time i’m trying the error message "Could not complete your request because something prevented the text engine from being initialized" appears. I really don’t know what to do , i’ve read a lot of comments about this problem on the web but they are mostly not understandable for somebody like me who don’t know anything about computer lol.

I’ve already tried to erase all my preferences, to change my type preference, to install files given on other forum into specific folders, and… nothing works… i’m getting crazy please help meee

thanks
