Simple question, but I don’t have Photoshop on a Mac to find out.

I need to know if I can use Mac Photoshop files on my PC.

Does it require anything special?
Would I need to perform any conversion? If so, how?
Is it possible at all?

Thanks,

Chad

No problemo. I’ve done it many times. Used to have a Mac at work and Windows at home and I would drag the files back and forth all the time.

Just make sure you have the correct three letter extensions on all your files.

The only problem you may run into will be if the file created on the Mac uses fonts which Windows can’t parse. In that case, the file should open, but font substitution will occur (pending your approval by hitting the OK button, that is.)

….and that font problem can occur even between two users on the same platform.

And in addition to the potential font problems, you have to deal with the karma dump function.
