I decided to include an option to view the flash slideshow on my site with music (from Richard Wagner’s Lohengrin). You can see it here: http://www.jacobleedgaard.com/flash.htm

If you have a comment or views on how to improve it I’d appreciate it.

Personally, I thought the fireworks photo was a bit corny coming at the time in the music when it did. It looked like it was drawn with a plug-in for Photoshop. And it stays on for far too long for a simple image that gives you nothing to study or admire. I would delete that from the slideshow and let the flower that comes on after it be the spectacular photo that comes at this point in the music. This is a photo which is fireworks itself.

Interesting observation, John! And an idea I will consider carefully because I’ve had doubts about the fireworks photo too. In fact I am leaning toward the idea of having landscape photos exclusively so the eyes of the viewer won’t have to adjust from "infinity" to close up and back again a number of times. It may also make it more in tune with the music. Do you have any thoughts on this?
