Hi, I use PS 7.0 and want to scale some images to the 90% of their original size. How to do that? I cann’t find any menu for nummeric scaling anymore.

You can set a percentage in the options bar – remember to click the H-V lock button.

Also image/image size, which accepts percentage or pixels.
