In the middle of installing CS2, somehow it asked me to enter setup again and I did (not good). So I had 2 installations going at once. After finishing, I’ve had problems with other programs.

This is a brand new, custom built laptop using XP Pro. No add-on programs from the factory.

I tried to uninstall and get the following-

setupDLL/SetupDLL.cpp (422) PAPP:Adobe Photoshop CS and ImageReady CS PVENDOR: Adobe (http://adobe.com) PGUID:EFB21DE7-BC19-4A…. MORE NUMBERS THAT COULD BE MY SERIAL # SO i WON’T COPY IT…

HIT OK

Setup has experienced an error.

Please do the following- Close any running programs, Empty your temp folder, Check your internet connection (IBS)

Then try setup again.
Error code -5001

I did the 3 things and rebooted. Get the same error code.

Any ideas? Thanks
