Does Photoshop 6.0 has any features / filters that can make my recent black and white and sepia digital photos look older?

Thanks for the action. I have a vintage.atn file on the desktop now. When I click on the atn file it opens photoshop, but not sure where to go from there.

Load the atn file (from the action palette) The action should then appear in the list of actions and you run it on your image
