PS3 default workspace

I may be stupid or over-thinking, but once I create my own workspace in PS3 and save it, how can I set it to open as the default workspace?

PS should always open with the workspace set as it was when you last closed it.

For reasons far more reaching than this – always close Photoshop properly before switching off your computer.
