I’m trying to view my font as a high resolution. I’m creating for print and web. I’m using Adobe IllustratorCS3 for my print projects and used the maximum resolution and on my web project I’m using Adobe photoshopCS3 and I’m increased the resolution to 900dpi and exported as a .png for the use of the transparency and it they all seem a little fuzzy to me. I was just using arial and times new roman as a standard font. Do I need to just use the adobe photoshop fonts?

I’m not sure if it’s my screen resolution or what. But I just bought this pc and it has a nvidia card in it and I’ve used photoshop and illustrator before but for some strange reason ever since I switched to this pc everything seems much fuzzier. Not by much just to a degree..

Sorry for the long explanation. Just wanted to know if there was a setting I needed to use.

This is not a very good idea. all websites are viewed at screen resolution which is between 72ppi to 99ppi. Files for the web need to be as small as possible slow loading pages never get loaded.

They are supposed to be. This is anti-aliasing, and it smooths out the edges of fonts so there is no pixel stairstepping noticeable. You can turn it off, but they won’t look as nice.

I think it’s my graphics card and I’ll just have to play with it. It just in unfortunate because I can’t really see the quality I’m putting out.
