I have read: < http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase…x.cfm?id=332271> very carefully. But it is me not clear if PhotoShop CS2 take provide of two CPU’s. Has oneone a clear answer?

I believe that CS2 uses 2 CPUs but there is an update that must be used. Go to < http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=3 9&platform=Windows> for the update. It’s called Multiprocessor support for Photoshop CS2.

No update is required for Photoshop CS3.
