My Medion MD-41217 12×9 tablet has the latest drivers and worked fine in Photoshop 7. However, I cannot get to show any sign of pressure sensitivity in CS3.
The brush settings look to be fine and there are NO warning signs near those settings that other people had had problems with. I mainly use my tablet for sketching, all I want it to do is to respond to opacity with pen-pressure so I can sketch.
I’ve checked the Photoshop help, and it only restates that I should set my opacity jitter and choose pen-pressure, which I have already done.
I have also checked extensively on these forums and found no topics relating to this particular tablet.
The only problem I’m having is that when I draw, it doesn’t change with the pressure I put on the pen at all, when everything says it should. I should also state the test program for pen pressure that came with the installation disk does respond correctly.
Does CS3 just not like Medion tablets or what? I’ve heard that this tablet is a rebranded Aiptek Hyperpen 12000U, but those drivers don’t work either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
