I ‘m using CS3 and Vista Bussines 64, I use Vista file explorer to drag Jpg files to Photoshop; when saving this jpg file to the same location file explorer is updated including a temporary file starting with ~tmp, immediately this file is deleted, the jpg saved and the file explorer is updated again.
Sometimes I ‘m faster as the saving process and when I drag the next file the OS is still updating the view of the file explorer relocating thumbnails for 1 position and I drag the incorrect file.
This should be an issue with Vista as I have never experienced it with XP, may be an easy setting but I can not find it. I have tried all kinds of settings like hidden files, automatic relocation, etc.
Is it possible to hide this file, or locate it to another fixed folder ?
