I have the exact same CS2 programs on two computers; one has internet access and the other doesnt. The one that does not will not save the same exact same tif file, and the error message is {Could not save "C:\…\_MG_0064.tif" because of a problem with the file-format module interface}. I have no idea what this means or how to fix it, but wonder if it could be related to no internet. When i tried to re-install CS2 over the existing and hit Repair, some error messages come up saying that a couple of files could not be copied and the Help files would not work, which i expected. I have heard that you can delete the Preferences Files when things go haywire, but i dont know if that would help in this case, and i dont know how to do it, if required. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Phil
