When i open photoshop CS on my P-IV, Photoshop.exe uses between 50-70% CPU before i do anything else. Nothing is open, i just double clicked the application and when it loads photoshop uses lots of CPU.
I was looking a bit on photoshop forums and saw that more people have a similar problem. Their solution was to go back to PS 7.
Any idea?
