have recently downloaded the official cs3 trial from the adobe website and succesfully managed to install the files. But whenever i try to setup by double clicking on the setup file windows presents a message saying the setup has encountered a problem and needs to close. have tried deleting files and then trying again twice now and still the same result. anyone have any ideas on what i can do? im using xp with service pack 2
