Let me apologize in advance if this has been answered anywhere else, but I haven’t found anything definitive.

I read that the system requirements for the CS4 products are Mac OSX v10.4.11–10.5.4. I have 10.5.6 and want to know if it will work.

I read elsewhere that PS CS4 has worked after someone upgraded to 10.5.6, but I also read something that sounded like CS4 did not install properly on 10.5.6. Does anyone know definitely if this will work or not, because I don’t particularly want to shell out and not be able to use the program.

Thanks.

You can rest assured that you can read:
"the system requirements for the CS4 products are Mac OSX v10.4.11–10.5.4"; as meaning "Mac OSX v10.4.11–10.5.4 … and LATER".

….until Apple changes something, and Adobe says "but we did not know that was coming, of course CSx will misbehave. Gotta wait for CSx+1."

… or for Snow Leopard (OSX 10.6) more likely?

But CS4 is just peachy on 10.4.11.
