I just upgraded from PS7 to CS3. In PS7, when I set the paper type and size, etc., to print, the settings stayed the same until I closed Photoshop. In CS3, the program forgets the settings every time I open a new image. (Even if I alt click to "remember" the settings, it lasts only for that image.) That makes it a lot more work to print a bunch of 4×6’s of family pictures. Am I missing something in the new program?

No – but you’re missing a whole lot of reading on the subject. Do a forum search. You’ll be up for hours!

Sorry, gang. I thought I had searched before I posted this new thread. Apparently I didn’t search enough. Now I found all the others with printing problems. Misery loves company?–Tom
