Using CS2 (9.0.2), When I try to use the "Fit Screen" button or "Fit On Screen" text dialog, it fails to fit the current document to the entire free work area.
It only fills about the top 2/3 of the available screen area, leaving a large gap on the bottom vertically, that could be used. The picture is squished into a window much smaller than the actual usable area.
My monitor is 1680x 1050, widescreen, so I need as much viewable vertically as I can get. I also have actions which use the "Fit on Screen" frequently, so I can see what the whole document looks like as it goes along. This is VERY frustrating. I very much need the images to fill the WHOLE screen vertically.
What’s worse, on another system, CS2 seems to properly "Fit On Screen", but not on this one. Both systems are Vista 32.
Is there a workaround that will allow me to have "Fit On Screen" mean exactly that??? Thanks in advance
