hello,
I used to work with photoshop CS, and CTRL-clicking on a layer there would make a selection of the layer boundaries (not the same as CTRL-A, which selects the image boundaries!). However, when I do the same in CS2, nothing happens. I haven’t found any other way to achieve this result, however this technique is very important to me. I’d be glad if someone helped me out.

Ctrl-click on the thumbnail icon instead of the layer. It changed in CS2.

Fifth one down in the FAQs.
