I have 8-bit and 4-bit Index Color BMPs… the bitmaps have some Black and White (and sometimes red) text on them against a neon green background (0, 255, 0).

The problem is the Neon Green MUST be the first color in the Color Table. The customer uses software that only recognizes the first color in the order as the transparency. So it has to be first.

Sometimes its first, sometimes it isn’t.

How do I fix that?

I have a lot of these to do, so it would be nice if I could come up with some sort of Action to handle it… unfortunately not all the graphics are the same or have the same color table…

Suggestions?

I’ve never played with color tables before, so specific and easy would be much appreciated…
