Hello, In CS2 I can grab the tools and other stuff and whip all over the place. In CS3 It appears to be locked down. What am I missing to move this stuff over to the second monitor?

Thanks
Bob

Robert,

You need to grab the palletes themselves and drag them out of the palette dock. Do not try dragging the dark frame defining the paleet dock, as I suspect you’ve been inclined to do. You can click and drag a palette from various points on the pallete, but the nametabs are what I find convenient.

Glad to help. It’s those easy things that are often the least obvious. 🙂
