Need Registration Key for Replacement Photoshop 7.0.1 CD

How do I obtain a registration code for a replacement cd of photoshop 7.0.1? My original cd was destroyed and adobe sent me a replacement. however, it came with no registration key and the old key from my version of photoshop 7.0 will not work to reinstall and register from the new cd.
