I want text to span multiple pages

You were a great help last time. I have another issue now, likely due
to my inexperience.
I have a pamphlet I wish to be several pages long. The text (tat I addressed before) I wish to be on top of the images but SPAN multiple pages. Right now the only way I can do this is cutting text off on each page, and continuing to the next. But if change anything it can throw the entire thing (font size, etc) out of wack and I have to edit
the text again on each page.

Actually when I think about it, so far I’ve had to create a separate file for each page of the book. Is that normal?

Suggestions?
