hello, this should be an easy question:

< http://livedocs.adobe.com/en_US/Photoshop/10.0/help.html?con tent=WSfd1234e1c4b69f30ea53e41001031ab64-77ff.html>

if you follow this link, the ‘h’ section is unavailable and I can’t figure out how to get it active.

I’m running vista, and the CS3 extended academic edition, but my PS elements 2 version had the ability to rotate brushes, so I would think my cs3 would. I haven’t had any problems with Vista so far, so maybe it’s just a matter of turning it on and I’m dense. any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

Hi Shane,
In the Brushes palette, go to "Brush Tip Shape" tab.

BTW, the options in the palette are grayed out unless a painting tool (Brush, Pencil, Clone, etc.) is active.

Thanks! It didn’t have an option box so I wouldn’t have thought to click there! I new it was something simple and I’d look stupid but thanks again you saved my life man!
