I have just deleted CS2 and CS3 (keeping only the verification data in each case) and reinstalled only CS3.
Two issues:
1. I now have no Euroscale options in Edit/Color Settings. How can I get them back? Please don’t tell me I have to reinstall CS2. I’m trying to keep my HD as clean as possible. I did buy my CS3 upgrade in New York, but it seems ridiculous that the Euroscale options would not be on the US DVDs.
2. Help/Updates in CS3 is now detecting my internet connection intermittently. After two restarts, I was able to update the CS3 installation (to ACR 4.1, for example), but it now cannot detect the connection again. I get the message: ‘No internet connection was found. Please check your Internet settings or firewall.’ Is this a known issue? For what it’s worth, Help/Photoshop Online connects immediately.
