Newbie Trying to Install CS3 atn files

I’ve just installed CS3 and I’m trying to install several atn action files that I’ve downloaded. I’ve placed the Presets\Actions folder and also created a new Action Set, "Downloaded Actions". However, I don’t seem to be able to add these actions to my new action set. I’m sure I’m missing something obvious, but I can’t figure out what it is.

Can anyone help?

Have you tried the obvious command, Load Actions?

Yes. No atn files were listed in the file open box, even though I know they’re there.

I found the source of my problem, and the cause was as elementary as it could have been. My downloaded actions were stored in the CS3’s Actions subfolder, rather than the comparable Documents and Settings subfolder.
