Not working cs3 in general not working help!!!!!!!!!!

Help I love cs3. I had already installed photo shop (the trial version) when I was going to install illustrator but then the application failed to install so I attempted to delete the trial and it worked. Then I went into photoshop and I am getting a funny error that states the file: photoshop help c\program files\common files\adobe\adobe version cue client \version cue idle, Can not be found. so i try to reinstall it and noting happens!!

please please please help!!!
