im trying to drop one image on to another to combine them, i cant figure it out can someone please help?

Open both images in Photoshop, side-by side.

Select the Move tool from the Toolbox.

Click and drag the image from one document window to the other.

That’s one of several ways of doing it.

Now, go read the PDF manual and Help files.

If you want images but not their backgrounds, be sure to have a path around them and select the ‘outlined’ subject before dragging and dropping.
