When you double-click the setup file in the installer for your the trial version. Nothing happens.

If this is the third time you’ve posted a similar question without getting an answer, I’m going to guess this is also the third time you’ve been directed to that link I gave you.

It contains some very helpful advice. I wouldn’t have posted it just for the sake of making an unhelpful reply.

I suggest you read it carefully, and follow the advice. We can’t read your mind and understand what you have already tried to solve your problem…you need to spell it out for us. Clearly, and with as much detail as you can muster.

Ok i have a latitude d610 (xp) I’m trying to download a trial copy of photo shop Extended but every time i try to install it, version cue doesn’t work… and the installation is droped without any error’s listed. can some one please help me…

Unfortunately, John, I don’t think you will get any help from Adobe CS for a trial version…the trials are totally unsupported.

It *may* be worth asking over in the Version Cue forum to see if anyone over there has seen anything similar.

The only other things I can suggest is to ensure that you are logged on as Administrator and have switched off any anti-virus software during the installation.

As far as I am aware, Version Cue only ships with the suite, not with individual applications.

One suggestion. If the download comes as a zip folder, unzip the files. Some people try to run the installer from inside the zip, and that won’t work.
