I have about 400 photos that I would like to match the exposure on (They’re all of the same subject). Is there a way to do some kind of "batch exposure match" so i don’t have to go through and do every one individually?

Lightroom’s newly released update 1.1 has introduced this very function.

There is no direct equivalent in PS. The quickest way is to use ACR to adjust them in batches (of similarly exposed shots).
