Grrr! Popup Help windows when using layer effects!!!!!

This is a bug that needs to be removed and seems to happen in multiple versions of adobe photoshop. I’ve had it happen at work and at home and friends have told me they get the same thing too.

When using a layer effect, photoshop just pops up the help window repeatedly until you alt-tab and hit ok or cancel for an effect you’re working on.

Please fix this bug!

I have never experienced this in any version.

This has been reported in the past and IIRC was related to memory amount/settings.
