Hello,
[I’ve searched the KB and Forums and I’ve deleted the Preferences.psp file.] CS will start, but after loading I get the dreaded error message that an error was detected in a required application library…
As soon as I disable ZoneAlarm, CS will start.
I’ve given CS and, what I think are all associated programs full rights in ZoneAlarm, but CS still will not start with ZA is running.
I never have any problem with any other program loading, only CS (Image Ready will start fine). All my other programs, going back many years, start just fine with ZA.
Laptop is 2.0 GHz Centrino, 2 GB RAM, ATI Mobility Radeon X700, Win XP Pro SP2, yada-yada. I shouldn’t have to kill my firewall just to use CS.
What’s the answer, please?
Sincerely,
MikeZ
