Ok.. I am using Photoshop CS2 and Epson stylus color photo 2400 printer. Ever since I downloaded windows xp service pack 2 the color output is dramatically different than my monitor. I have spent hours.. (days) calibrating the monitor, and using the instructions on the epson site for printing with CS2, I have used Adobe’s instructions, I have used numerous of my own settings and I can’t get even close to a color match.. I don’t know what else to do.. Any suggestions??

While I am certain that you have a problem, you have left very few clues as to why you are having this situation. You symptoms do point to a mismatch between the various profiles.

What profile are you using for the printer?
Are you letting the driver manage the color? This is a
mistake. It is very easy to apply the profile twice with very unsatisfactory results.
What profile are you using as the working profile?

And, don’t blame it on SP2. Nothing changed on my system when I went to SP2.
