I have Windows XP and have installed Asian fonts such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai, and they work flawlessly in Excel and Word. But when I copy and paste text from Excel or Word into Photoshop, some of the individual characters show up as question marks. Why is this happening, and is there a solution? My workaround so far has been to make a PDF of the phrase, export to EPS, then import the EPS to Photoshop. This is a very time consuming process when I have to do this site-wide for our website translation. Thanks for any advice.
