I get the following error message when entering any of my previously registered Photoshop serial numbers in EDIT>PREFERENCES>PLUG-INS:

"PREFERENCES: An invalid serial number has been entered. [OK]"

This includes serial numbers for CS2 & Video Collection Bundles with Photoshop included.

Does anyone have a solution or know if this is a bug?

Thanks.

Call Customer Service. someone may have stolen your number and it entered up on an invalid list.

If you are the original owner of the serial then Adobe will take care of you.

The "legacy" serial number is for old versions, prior to CS or perhaps even 7, for ancient plugins that required access to an old-style serial number. This is not necessary if your plugin wasn’t designed for ancient versions of Photoshop. Just leave it blank.
