Well the original $20’s will be voided if their not turned into the bank within the next week and a half. Nice to know we are being told these things! Had I not accidently listened to something other than music on the radio I would have never knew.

I don’t believe it. My bank’s ATMs are still dispensing a mixture of the old and the new. If banks were collecting the old currency for disposal, why would they still be handing it out?

Wrong. US Currency is ALWAYS worth at least its face value. Those 3 cent notes from the late 1700’s? Worth thousands, but the government will gladly give you 3 cents for one. They have to. It’s the law.
