Just downloaded the trials for several CS3 applications, installed just fine, rebooted and everything, yet when I try to start photoshop, indesign, or illustrator, I get this message after selecting the trial period option:
"a problem was encountered while trying to load the trial period for Adobe Photoshop CS3"
Called support, recommended several options, none of which worked. Never had the SW before, and even installed on laptop to test. Again, same error. Re-downloaded the trials again under a different account, same problem.
HELP? Want to test out new version before I buy.
PC Info:
HP Workstation (Dual Zeon 3.0Ghz processors)
3GB RAM
Windows Vista Ultimate
