You may want to just put yourself in the city shot. a few things to consider. one-make sure your city shot is an appropriate size resolution wise to your picture. if you have one shot thats 20×30 at 300 ppi,and the other is a 4×6 at 72 ppi, then you may have a problem, so check image size on your source images. as far as putting them together, you can use the move tool to drag one image on top of the other, and then use a layer mask to hide or reveal what you want to show from the second image. hopefully that gets you looking or moving in the right direction.

Floyd. The techniques to do what you want, require skill and patience. However, I’m suprised that in the five years or so since you purchased Photoshop 7, you’ve not even learned how to resize an image.

Use the F1 key and read the manual to brush up on the basics before takling the more difficult tasks.

You might want to get your keyboard fixed too, as a stuck cap loks key and missing punctuation keys will make Photoshop even more difficult to learn.
