Hello,
Im currently having a problem with using alot of my filters. They are grayed out and unselectable. With either nothing on the new file or after I have alot of things on it. Here is a list of what ones I CAN access (not all options under those are available though):

Blur
Distort
Noise
Render
Sharpen
Stylize
Video
Other

Those are the current ones that are not grayed out. Some of the extras under those are grayed out though. If anyone can please assist me in getting these working, it would make my photoshop experience that much better!

Thanks,
Emmitt

Normally you see this when the image is the wrong format or mode.

If they work with 8-Bit JPGs, then there’s nothing wrong.

If they don’t, reset your preferences in accordance with the FAQs <http://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx/.ef4a07f/1>

Well Ive been using 16bit. Maybe thats my problem and I should go down to 8bit? Ill give that a shot quick and see if anything gets fixed. Thanks for the fast response, its been a huge headache.
