I’m running PS CS and when it starts up it freezes. It finishes the initial loading and when it finishes the screen turns white and the top bar says the program isn’t responding. I’m using Windows XP SP2

That file does not exist on my computer.<<

Oh, it does – it is just that you are not seeing it, due to the View settings you have for Windows Explorer.

On attempted loading of PS CS3, the program often, but not always, stops loading when it reaches "building TWAIN drivers.." That is usually followed by a Windows box that says, NTVDM.EXE has encountered a problem." Any suggestions for correcting this?
