I’m new to Photoshop Extended. I’m wondering if there’s any way to remove the glare of the sun from a photo. I’ve played with brightness and contrast but haven’t been successful. The glares are circular (or is 6-sided) and its on my son’s head and my daughter’s hair.

Anyone have any ideas??

Thank You
