Flash is a tool, its quite possible to produce nice, small vector graphics files using Flash.

Just because many people misuse a tool horribly doesn’t make it a bad tool… it just means that I block all flash by default.

Hopefully we’ll get decent support for SVG in the not too distant future.

Maybe the customer did not want to pay for style sheets ? Or maybe they are just using a cheap HTML editor.
