Since I’ve installed Suitcase 9.0 on my system an therefore removed all fonts but the system fonts from the fonts-folder within the system-folder, Photoshop interrupts the starting progress at the point when it is trying to sort the fonts (in German: "Sortiere die Schriften").
I assume, Photoshop misses some fonts. But which? How could I find out, or does someone know, which fonts have to be in the "Fonts"-Folder?
