Photoshop CS, Text won’t wrap

I used the trial version of Photoshop CS for a couple of weeks and then bought the upgrade. In the trial version test would wrap in a bounding box or I could go to a new line with the Enter key. After I installed the upgrade text doesn’t wrap anymore and the Enter Key doesn’t take me to a new line. The text is there because if I delete some of the characters in the line, the characters outside the bounding box scroll back into the box. I searched Groups in Google but only found one thread and the one specific answer didn’t work for me. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Will

I cant duplicate this.

Try setting the justification to left and making the bounding box larger. Funny things can happen such that you cannot see what has been typed.

Will, are you typing with large font size? I just tried the text box and if the size is too big, it will not show up beyond the box borders until you either make the text smaller or increase the box. Try pulling down on the bottom of the text box and see if any text shows up.

For years I thought you couldn’t do wraps in photoshop. Till I found out I had a default number in the leading box that was causing problems. Make sure the leading box is blank. If you try to set it to zero it will set it to .01 which will cause you problems. Hope this helps.

Thanks everyone. It was the leading box. Somehow it got changed to 475.7 and my text was wrapping but way too far down for me to see it.
