I am trying to open a PSD file that was generated on a different system within our company. Both of us are using Photoshop CS2 on Win XP Pro systems. Photoshop tells me that some layers need updating, and when I click the "Update" button, I get the following error message:
"Could not complete your request because of a program error."
The other person opened the file on the other system and had no trouble. He saved it with a different name, I downloaded the new file to my system and I get the same behavior. Any clues about what’s wrong?
