JPEG and GIF’s works just fine but when I try to open or .bmp files, this message always appears, ‘Could not complete your request because it is not a valid Photoshop document.’ Instead I convert the pictures to jpeg before I can use it, which is really annoying since i have a lot of .bmp files.
I’m using CS2, windowx XP and I still have 19.1GB free space in my drive. I’m also a beginner so I’m still confused with some stuff.
