Is there any way (plugin or such) that can enable display of Title Safe, and Action Safe areas for video on Photoshop 7?

There are no plug-ins, but there are numerous PSD files floating around out there that can be used as a template.

Doing a google search yielded some examples – but there is a REALLY good one floating around that has NTSC, PAL, and other formats, as well as test calibration swatches.

I’m sure someone will post a link to it soon.

If not, you may want to check in the Premiere or AfterEffects forums.

Here is the link to the psd file:
<http://www.penfieldprod.com/document/graphictipspage.html> You’ll probably have to rename the extension to .psd because it downloads the file as .htm
