I sent the following message on 22 September, however, it was not posted.

I recently tried to install Photoshop elements on my new computer and received an error message 113. I was unable to complete the installation. I had no trouble when I originally installed the program on my old computer several years ago.

Where can I find out the details about error message 113?

No more internal file identifiers available
When this happened to me it was because I had my
anti-virus running while installing.
