I want to create a background image where my company name is displayed like a tiled format. I mean an easy way to show multiple instances of the same name just likea water mark where the size doesn’t change just the number of times it appears on the screen as a background???

Make an image of the logo in a conveniently small size. Edit>Define Pattern. Name the pattern and Save.

In the image you want to watermark, create a blank layer over the image layer. Image>Fill>Use:Pattern, select your logo pattern. The layer fills with instances of the logo.

Now change the blending mode of the logo layer. Suggestions: Lighten, Darken, or just lower the opacity.

Flatten. You’re there!
