Looking for something to mask the plate on your get away car?

What you’re asking is really easy…if you’re at all familiar with PS — except the part where you might want to print using those reflective inks.

You don’t need a book to do it.

I think the California Penal System can add insight here.

Try layer effects, at the bottom of the layers palette, and choose bevel and drop shadow. Start out with a flat rectangle, add a small color border inside, add the text, and then add a bevel and drop shadow to the broder and text.
