I personally would recommend the Canon i9900. It prints up to 13×19 and has 8 individual ink tanks which cost about $11-13 each. I bought the older i9100 about two years ago and print a monthly 11×17 newsletter with it every month, which is about 800-1000 pages. I since have upgraded to the i9900. (The i9100 had 6 inks). This is my 4th Canon printer and have had no problems with any of them. The ink cartridges are also refillable which I do and have had no problems with.
